My ultimate goal is to be impactful, not necessarily well-liked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Imagine a guy who dreamed of becoming a basketball player or a race car driver, but in the end, he chose to compete in something even tougher: life. I was born on a summer dawn 42 years ago, and from a young age, I dreamed of becoming a race car driver or a basketball player for Panathinaikos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, my passion for food prevailed, leading me in 2009 to weigh slightly over 170 kkg, with nearly 60% body fat. Determined not to depart this world prematurely, I chose to embark on the most critical and challenging path of my life, ultimately resulting in a 90-kilogram weight loss and, consequently, the extension of my lifespan to this day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My guiding principle has always been JFK\u2019s famous quote: – \u201cAsk not what your country can do for you \u2013 ask what you can do for your country\u201d<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Why do I do what I do?<\/strong>
Because I refuse to accept a world where people don\u2019t get the chance to become who they are truly capable of becoming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s why, from 2017 to 2024, I poured my heart and soul into empowering the new generation of this country. Through ReGeneration, I helped facilitate 4,500<\/strong> job placements for young graduates across a nationwide network of 2,000<\/strong> companies, delivering 1,000,000<\/strong> hours of training in soft, digital, and technical skills. I didn\u2019t do this just to bridge the gap between a degree and the job market. I did it to dismantle the narrative<\/strong> that the new generation is lost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But I didn\u2019t stop there. Because I don\u2019t just want to see change in numbers. I want to see change in people<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My relentless drive to inspire<\/strong>, empower<\/strong>, and challenge <\/strong>the way things are done led me to take a public stand. I called things as they were<\/strong>. I highlighted the right <\/strong>leadership practices. I exposed the wrong <\/strong>ones. The impact?

Hire character. Train skills.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The biggest mistake companies make is focusing only on talent and technical skills, forgetting that character <\/strong>is what truly defines long-term success<\/strong>. You can train skills. You can develop expertise. But you cannot teach character.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And this is the real <\/strong>challenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a world obsessed with Industry 4.0 and 5.0, technology, automation, and AI, we are ignoring one fundamental truth: Technology means nothing<\/strong> if people aren\u2019t ready to use it, adapt to it, and collaborate with it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The real problem isn\u2019t artificial intelligence<\/strong>.
It\u2019s the lack of human intelligence<\/strong> in the workforce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Greece ranks second to last in Europe<\/strong> in soft skills, precisely at a time when companies need them more than ever. Emotional intelligence, adaptability, critical thinking, and leadership are no longer optional\u2014they are essential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This needs to change<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not tomorrow. Not when companies finally decide to care. Today. Now<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I don\u2019t work just to help organizations \u201crun\u201d better. I work to help people become better<\/strong>. Because when people grow, everything around them evolves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
