My Calling to Motivate People Through My Transformation Journey
For 20 years, I have watched the same story unfold: organizations chasing targets without giving meaning to their people, leaders demanding without inspiring, and teams struggling, exhausted, in environments that leave no room for growth. This has always troubled me – not just because I know things can be different, but because I have experienced change firsthand.
My journey began by overcoming my own demons and emerging stronger than ever. In 2009, I weighed 170kg and lived a life without vision. I had to change. With determination, discipline, and belief in myself, I lost 90kg and reclaimed my life. That experience taught me one fundamental truth: every transformation begins with a single decision – to truly believe that things can be better. From that moment on, I made it my mission to ensure that no one feels helpless, lost, or “small” when facing life’s or work’s challenges.
This experience became the foundation of my philosophy. Inspired by my own journey, I dedicated eight years of my career to helping nearly 5,000 young graduates find their place in the workforce, guiding more than 8,000 executives to reshape their mindset, and supporting over 250 organizations in embracing human-centered leadership without ego-driven blinders. Through this work, I witnessed the power of bridging gaps – between generations, teams, ambitions, and the true essence of leadership.
I deeply believe that organizations evolve when people are at the heart of their success – not in corporate websites, framed value statements, or shiny awards, but in the way they operate daily, in their culture, and in how employees feel.
Today, as a Business Consultant, I work relentlessly with one clear guiding principle: the conviction that work can be more than just an obligation. It can be a source of creation, inspiration, growth, and meaning.
What I do is not just my job. It is my calling – to help individuals and organizations become the best version of themselves. Because every change begins with one simple yet bold realization: to believe that you can make things better. And to fight for it until you do.
